For product help, login issues, invite problems or report questions, email support@dealdesksentinel.co.uk. For privacy or data rights questions, email privacy@dealdesksentinel.co.uk. For suspected security issues, email security@dealdesksentinel.co.uk.
Login and access help
If you cannot sign in, check you are using the email address invited to Sentinel. Use password reset if available, or ask the dealer or manager who invited you to confirm your access.
Invite and job issues
If an invite link has expired, opens the wrong account, or does not show the assigned job, include the invited email address, inspection reference if known, and the dealer or business that sent the invite.
Report and share-link issues
For report preview, PDF, share-link or recipient issues, include the inspection reference, the affected link if safe to share, and a short description of what the recipient sees.
Data export or deletion requests
Dealers can request export or deletion of Sentinel inspection job data by emailing support. If you are an individual named in a job or report, we may need to route your request to the relevant dealer as controller.
Security concerns
Email security@dealdesksentinel.co.uk if you believe an account, invite link, report link or inspection record has been accessed by someone who should not have access.
